When physicians and medical experts encourage individuals to “rest” after an accident, we believe it’s ludicrous. We feel that this is causing additional injury and increasing your chances of future injuries. This is due to the fact that rest causes our muscles to weaken and atrophy! Onyx Physical Therapy and Wellness is a first-rate PT facility. I came to them after I hurt my shoulder doing overhead press and it lingered for 5 months. Onyx PT is one of a kind physical therapy. Jacqualynn is the best at what she does and has created a beautiful and functional space to help her clients.
