The Resilient Runner program is designed to educate in empower runners through strength training, overcoming different types of injuries, developing smarter running training programs, as well as mindset and nutrition.
We offer a variety of courses that are tailored to different runners needs. If you are currently struggling with an injury, we have courses to help you through your own rehabilitation program. If you are looking to improve your performance or learn more about the principles of effective training, then we have a program for that as well.
Our goal is to provide quality, education and information to any runner that’s looking to stay healthy, stay happy and to increase longevity in the sport
